Exam Board and Specification
At Littleover our students study AQA GCSE Mathematics (8300) at either Foundation tier (grades 1–5) or Higher tier (grades 4 – 9).
Students must take three examination papers at the end of year 11, one non-calculator and two calculator papers.
The information in the table below shows the broad topic area covered at GCSE. This is the same for both Foundation and Higher tiers. For a more detailed, tiered breakdown of each topic area please refer to the AQA exam board website
